Does HydroSpark+ need plumbing?
No in tank mode: you refill the 5 L source tank and empty the reject-water tank. Connected mode uses a fixed inlet and drain route.

The 0.6 L food-grade CO₂ cylinder is replaced independently of the water filter. One cylinder can carbonate up to 100 servings of 330 ml, depending on fizz strength, water temperature and serving size.

Four water modes take more hardware
Heating, chilling and carbonation are all built in, which is why HydroSpark+ is deeper than a simple water dispenser.
The filter lifts out from the top
Twist and lift the cartridge out through the top panel. Leave enough space above the 436 mm body for filter changes.
Use the refill tanks or connect it
In tank mode, you refill the source-water tank and empty the reject-water tank. Connected mode uses fixed inlet and drain tubing instead.

Does HydroSpark+ need plumbing?
Not in tank mode. The removable 5 L source tank is filled manually and reject water collects in a separate tank. Connected mode uses inlet and drain tubing for automatic source-water feed and requires a suitable site check.
How does tank mode work day to day?
Remove the source tank when the device prompts for water, discard the collected reject water as instructed, refill with Singapore tap water and reinstall the tank securely. Connected mode removes manual source-water refilling but adds fixed tubing.
