01Does ScentStudio need water?
No. ScentStudio uses compatible fragrance oil directly. Its waterless, heat-free cold-air system does not use a water tank or create a humidifying mist.
02What do the coloured rings mean?
They show the active timed release setting: low, medium or high. The colours communicate the operating rhythm, not room mood lighting.
03How large a space can it cover?
Its stated coverage is approximately 600–800 sq ft. Actual scent perception varies with room layout, ventilation, ceiling height, fragrance oil and the setting selected.
04Can I use ScentStudio in a bedroom?
Yes. Choose a suitable placement, fragrance oil and low or medium release setting, and follow the supplied operating instructions.
05What is in Velta Vital fragrance oil?
The five Velta Vital blends are made with 100% pure essential oils, without fillers or additives.
06Which oils should I use?
Use compatible Velta Vital fragrance oils or ask Velta before using another oil. Do not add water, alcohol or other liquids to the fragrance-oil bottle.
07Can I use essential oils around children or pets?
