These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website velta.sg ("Website") and the purchase of products from PFE Technologies Pte Ltd ("PFE Tech", "we", "us", or "our"), the authorised distributor of Velta products in Singapore.
By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Website or make any purchases.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect as soon as we post them on this page. If you keep using the Website, you accept the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on this Website. If you are under 18, you may only use the Website under the supervision and with the permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes.
Product specifications, features and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify product details, pricing, and availability at any time. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.
Full payment is required before delivery or installation of any product. We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards, processed securely by Stripe
- PayNow and GrabPay, processed by HitPay
We only process an order after we have verified and confirmed your payment.
5. Delivery
Velta delivers across Singapore. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, stock levels, and whether professional installation is required.
We will give you an estimated delivery time when you place your order. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Installation
For products that require professional installation, an adult (18 years or older) must be present at the premises during the installation appointment.
The installation area must be clean and accessible, with the necessary utilities (such as a water supply and power points) ready to use. If site conditions prevent the installation, we may arrange a return visit and additional charges may apply.
Any modifications to plumbing, electrical wiring, or other fixtures required for installation that fall outside the standard scope may incur additional charges. We will tell you about these charges before we proceed.
7. Returns & Refunds
7.1 No Change-of-Mind Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened, used, or installed.
7.2 Unopened & Unused Products
If a product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included
- The packaging must not be damaged or tampered with
- You pay the return shipping costs
- A restocking fee may apply
7.3 Wrong Item or Missing Parts
If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing parts, please tell us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange a replacement or other resolution at no additional cost to you.
7.4 Damaged or Defective on Arrival
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair or refund, as appropriate.
7.5 Non-Eligible Returns
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been installed, used, or activated
- Consumable items (filters, cartridges, membranes)
- Products with removed or damaged serial number labels
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
8. Warranty Coverage
All Velta products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category:

9. Service & Maintenance
Some Velta products need regular maintenance (such as filter replacements, descaling and membrane checks) to keep them performing well and to keep your warranty valid.
Use only Velta-approved parts and accessories. Non-genuine or incompatible parts may void your warranty and could affect product performance or safety.

10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of PFE Technologies Pte Ltd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Website without prior written permission from PFE Technologies Pte Ltd.
11. Privacy

12. Limitation of Liability
