Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Options & Fees
- Free delivery for orders above a certain price — no delivery fee for qualifying Velta orders.
- For other orders, a flat or calculated delivery fee depending on product type, weight, and delivery area.
2. Delivery Timeframe
- Standard items: delivered within 2–5 business days (Peninsular) — if stock is available.
- Items needing stock or import: may take 5–10 business days (explicitly informed at checkout).
3. What If You’re Not at Home
If no one is present at the scheduled delivery time:
- Our courier/installer will contact you to reschedule.
- You may request a new delivery time via WhatsApp or email.
4. Delivery Restrictions & Service Coverage
We deliver to most urban & suburban areas in Singapore. However:
- Remote areas, islands, or locations with restricted access may have extra fees or may be excluded.
- If your address is in a restricted zone (e.g., remote, gated, requiring special clearance), we will inform you prior to confirmation.
5. Order & Delivery Process
- Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
- If you order multiple items (some in-stock, some on preorder), the full order ships only once all items are ready (unless you request partial shipping).
- Delivery and installation (if required) will be scheduled after order confirmation.
6. Inspection on Delivery
When your package arrives:
- Check that the right product/model is delivered
- Check if packaging is intact
- Check for any visible damage or missing accessories
If you find damage or missing parts, contact us within 24 hours — we’ll help you immediately.
7. Failed Delivery Attempts
If the courier/installer fails to reach you:
- We may reschedule a second delivery attempt.
- Additional charges may apply for multiple failed deliveries or re-delivery.
8. Self-Collection (If Applicable)
You can pick up products at our showroom by appointment.
