Installation
Plan the cabinet and faucet.
Your cabinet needs room for the purifier and its two cartridges, with access for servicing. It also needs a faucet opening, a cold-water inlet, a drain connection and a power point.

Cabinet
The body is 165 × 381 × 435 mm. Allow extra room for the trap, valves and whatever else lives under the sink, plus enough height to lift the cartridges out.

Water + drain
We connect to your cold-water line and run the RO reject-water line to the drain, with an isolation valve so it can be serviced later.

Faucet + power
You will need an opening for the faucet and a power point under the sink for the 90 W unit.
Send a clear cabinet photo, complete measurements and the proposed faucet location before installation is scheduled.
Tankless direct flow
No storage tank. Up to 2.1 L/min.
The 800 GPD direct-flow system filters water as you draw it, so there is no bulky tank taking up cabinet space.

Does HydroView+ dispense hot or cold water?
No. HydroView+ dispenses ambient (room-temperature) water only. If you want hot and cold, look at HydroForm+; HydroSpark+ adds sparkling as well.
What comes from each faucet lever?
The right lever dispenses RO drinking water. The left lever gives filtered water for rinsing fruit and vegetables.
Will HydroView+ fit under my sink?
The body is 165 mm wide, 381 mm deep and 435 mm high, but the cabinet also needs room for the trap, valves, tubing, a power point and enough height to lift out both cartridges. Send us a photo and measurements and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
Does it need a new faucet hole?
HydroView+ uses its own dual-outlet faucet. Whether an existing opening can be reused depends on your mixer, sink and worktop. We check the faucet position and any drilling needed before installation.
What does tankless mean here?
There is no storage tank. HydroView+ filters water as you draw it, at up to 2.1 L/min, using a water inlet, drain line and power point under the sink.
How often are the HydroView+ filters replaced?
Replace each cartridge when HydroView+ prompts you, or at its limit, whichever comes first: CF every 4,000 L or 12 months; RO every 8,000 L or 24 months.
What do the HydroView+ TDS readings show?
The faucet display shows inlet and outlet TDS readings together, along with separate CF and RO filter status.
Why use RO when Singapore tap water is safe?
It is a choice, not a safety need. RO lowers dissolved solids further than carbon alone, and HydroView+ puts that water on its own tap without taking up worktop space.
What warranty applies in Singapore?
HydroView+ comes with a 24-month warranty from Velta Singapore.
