Editorial policy
The immune system helps the body respond to threats such as infection. Reactive molecules and inflammatory responses are part of a complex biological system, rather than a simple scale on which “more” or “less” is always better.
Start With the Terms
Inflammation is part of a response to injury or infection. Oxidative stress refers to an imbalance involving reactive molecules and their control systems. They interact, but one term cannot stand in for the other.
A Marker Is Not the Whole Immune System
A study may measure a selected blood marker or cell response. That does not automatically show fewer infections, faster recovery or improved immunity. Look at the participants, comparison group, duration and clinical outcomes before interpreting the headline.
What About Hydrogen Research?
The clinical-studies review brings together different populations and delivery routes. These studies answer specific questions. They do not establish that a consumer hydrogen-water machine strengthens immunity or prevents illness.
Hhuhu is a 3 L water appliance, and its product specifications do not demonstrate an immune outcome. Its combined bubble-plus-dissolved figure is not the exposure measured in a human study.

Read the measurements with the research.
Research findings need the study population, delivery route, measured exposure and outcome. Product capacity, visible bubbles and a gas-output headline answer different questions.
