Hydrogen Inhalation and Hydrogen Water: Different Research Routes

Hydrogen inhalation means exposure to a hydrogen-containing gas. Hydrogen-rich water contains dissolved molecular H₂ that is consumed as water. These are different delivery routes with different equipment, exposures and research questions.

Keep the Delivery Method With the Result

Clinical and experimental work uses defined gas compositions, concentrations, durations and delivery systems. A water study instead needs information about dissolved concentration, volume, timing and how that exposure was measured.

Results from one route cannot automatically be transferred to another. A gas-output figure in millilitres per minute is not a drinking-water concentration or a clinical dose.

What Does the Evidence Establish?

The clinical-studies review covers several delivery routes and conditions. Its breadth does not turn them into one proven treatment. Hospital studies have clinical monitoring and controls that a consumer water appliance does not provide.

Hydrogen gas is flammable. A published experimental protocol is not a home-use instruction. This article does not provide session schedules or describe a Singapore inhalation-product offer.

Where Hhuhu Fits

Hhuhu MK001 is a dedicated 3 L countertop hydrogen-water machine. It is not an inhaler or a medical treatment. It requires compatible purified, distilled or RO source water under the local TDS ≤5 requirement and does not purify tap water.

Its combined bubble-plus-dissolved headline is not a direct dissolved-H₂ concentration, absorbed dose or health outcome. Read the measurement guide and hydrogen-water FAQ.

Read the measurements with the research.

Research findings need the study population, delivery route, measured exposure and outcome. Product capacity, visible bubbles and a gas-output headline answer different questions.
