Warranty Policy

Every Velta product is backed by local warranty and support you can count on.

1. Warranty Periods

All Velta products come with a manufacturer warranty. The warranty period begins from the date of purchase and varies by product category:

Warranty coverage is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Electronic components and circuit boards
  • Motors, pumps, and compressors
  • Displays, sensors, and control panels
  • Structural and housing parts
  • Leakage caused by manufacturing fault

At our discretion, Velta will repair the defective product, replace the affected parts with genuine components, or replace the entire unit if repair is not feasible.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The following are not covered under the standard warranty:

  • Consumable items such as filters, cartridges, and membranes
  • Normal cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, discolouration, fading)
  • Damage caused by drops, impacts, misuse, or negligence
  • Use of non-Velta accessories, parts, or filters
  • Damage from voltage surges, electrical faults, or improper power supply
  • Failure to perform recommended maintenance
  • Commercial or industrial use unless pre-approved by Velta

Note on Hydrogen Devices: Hydrogen output may gradually decline over extended use due to natural membrane ageing. This is considered normal wear and is not covered under warranty. Membrane replacement services are available upon request.

4. Warranty Conditions

To be eligible for warranty service, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product was purchased from Velta Singapore or an authorised Velta partner
  • The serial number is intact and has not been altered, removed, or defaced
  • The product has been used in accordance with the user manual and instructions
  • Filters and consumables have been replaced on the recommended schedule
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided

The warranty will be void if the product has been repaired, modified, or serviced by anyone other than Velta or a Velta-authorised technician.

5. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Your full name and contact number
  • Product model name
  • Serial number
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
  • A clear description of the issue, along with photos or a video if possible

Our team will assess your claim and provide guidance on the next steps, which may include a diagnostic visit, product collection for repair, or a replacement.

6. Local Support

All warranty and service matters are handled locally in Singapore. You will never be asked to ship your product overseas for repair.
