Everything you need to know about receiving your Velta products.
Shipping Options & Fees
We offer free delivery for qualifying orders above a minimum spend threshold. For orders that do not qualify for free delivery, a flat or calculated shipping fee will be applied at checkout.
Delivery fees (if any) will be displayed clearly before you complete your purchase. For large or heavy items requiring specialised handling or installation, additional logistics charges may apply and will be communicated to you in advance.
Delivery Timeframe
Delivery timelines begin after payment has been confirmed. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on stock availability and scheduling.
For products requiring professional installation, our team will coordinate a suitable appointment after your order is confirmed.
What If You're Not at Home
If you are not available at the time of delivery, our courier will attempt to contact you to reschedule. You may also request a new delivery time by reaching out to us via WhatsApp.
Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery, especially for items that require a signature or installation scheduling.
Delivery Coverage
We deliver island-wide across Singapore, including HDB estates, condominiums, landed properties, and commercial addresses.
Deliveries to certain locations such as Sentosa, offshore islands, and restricted-access premises may incur additional fees or require special arrangements. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
Order & Delivery Process
Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery date.
If your order contains multiple items, they will be shipped together in a single delivery unless you request otherwise or certain items are on different timelines (e.g. pre-order items).
You will be notified when your order is dispatched, along with any relevant tracking information.
Inspection on Delivery
We recommend inspecting your delivery upon arrival. Please check the following:
- Correct product model received
- Packaging is intact and undamaged
- No visible damage to the product
- All accessories and parts are included
If you notice any issues, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at support@velta.sg or WhatsApp +65 9123 4567 with photos of the issue.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, a second attempt will be arranged. Please ensure that you are contactable and available during the rescheduled delivery window.
Additional charges may apply for subsequent delivery attempts beyond the second attempt or if special arrangements need to be made due to repeated failed deliveries.
Self-Collection
Self-collection is available at our Experience Centre by appointment only. Please contact us after placing your order to arrange a collection time.
You will need to present your order confirmation and a valid form of identification when collecting your product.
