2. Eligibility

3. Product Information & Availability

We make every effort to display product colours, images, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes.

Product specifications, features, and availability are subject to change without notice. Velta reserves the right to modify product details, pricing, and availability at any time. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the Website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. Prices may change without prior notice.

Full payment is required before delivery or installation of any product. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit / Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)
  • PayNow
  • Bank Transfer

Orders will only be processed after payment has been verified and confirmed.

5. Delivery

Velta delivers across Singapore. Delivery timelines depend on product availability, stock levels, and whether professional installation is required.

Estimated delivery times will be communicated at the point of purchase. While we make every effort to meet these estimates, they are not guaranteed and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Installation

For products that require professional installation, an adult (18 years or older) must be present at the premises during the installation appointment.

The installation area must be clean, accessible, and have the necessary utilities (e.g. water supply, power points) readily available. If the installation cannot proceed due to site conditions, a return visit may be arranged and additional charges may apply.

Any modifications to plumbing, electrical wiring, or other fixtures required for installation that fall outside the standard scope may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you before proceeding.

7. Returns & Refunds

7.1 No Change-of-Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind once a product has been opened, used, or installed.

7.2 Unopened & Unused Products

If a product is unopened and unused, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and free gifts included
  • The packaging must not be damaged or tampered with
  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer
  • A restocking fee may apply

7.3 Wrong Item or Missing Parts

If you receive the wrong item or your order is missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.

7.4 Damaged or Defective on Arrival

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund as appropriate.

7.5 Non-Eligible Returns

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products that have been installed, used, or activated
  • Consumable items (filters, cartridges, membranes)
  • Products with removed or damaged serial number labels
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

8. Warranty Coverage

All Velta products come with a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product category:

9. Service & Maintenance

Certain Velta products require periodic maintenance (e.g. filter replacements, descaling, membrane checks) to ensure optimal performance and to maintain warranty validity.

Only Velta-approved parts and accessories should be used. The use of non-genuine or incompatible parts may void your warranty and could affect product performance or safety.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, product descriptions, and design elements, is the property of Velta Singapore or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from this Website without prior written permission from Velta Singapore.

12. Limitation of Liability
