Velta Warranty Policy

At Velta, every product is selected for its build quality, safety, and long-term reliability. All devices purchased through Velta or our authorised partners come with official warranty coverage and full Singaporen support.

All warranty periods begin from the date of purchase as shown on receipt or online order.

2. What the Warranty Covers

Your warranty protects you against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Electronic components
  • Motors, pumps, and control systems
  • Displays, sensors, and switches
  • Structural parts that fail under normal home use
  • Leakage or abnormal noise (for water-related systems)

If a defect is confirmed, Velta will provide:

  • Repair, or
  • Replacement of defective parts, or
  • Full unit replacement if repair is not possible, or

An equivalent/updated model if the original is discontinued.

3. What the Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Consumables (filters, fragrance oils, CO₂ cylinders, membranes, cartridges)
  • Cosmetic wear: scratches, dents, discolouration
  • Damage from drops, spills, impact, or misuse
  • Use of non-Velta or non-approved filters/accessories
  • Blockages caused by contaminants or improper water source
  • Damage caused by unstable voltage, lightning, or power surge
  • Performance decline due to lack of cleaning or maintenance
  • Commercial use unless specifically approved

Hydrogen Note: Gradual membrane performance decline over years is normal and not considered a defect.

4. Warranty Conditions

  • Product must be purchased from Velta or authorised partners
  • Serial number sticker must remain intact
  • Device must be used according to the manual
  • Filters and consumables must be replaced on schedule
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Warranty is void if unauthorised repair or modification is performed
  • Water Purifiers: Extended warranty available through additional service plans
